Terms of service

What the service does

You upload a photograph of a garment. We generate photographs of that garment as it would appear worn by a computer-generated model, in the scenes you select. Each finished image consumes one credit.

Your account

Accounts are created through Google sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. Credits are tied to that account and are not transferable between accounts.

What you must own

You may only upload photographs of garments you have the right to photograph and sell. You must not upload:

• photographs you do not own or have licence to use;
• garments bearing another party’s trade marks or branding, unless you hold that right;
• photographs of identifiable people;
• anything unlawful, or any content depicting minors.

We may refuse or remove any upload, and may suspend an account that breaches this section.

Who owns the output

You do. To the extent we hold any rights in images generated from your uploads, we assign them to you. You may use those images commercially without restriction or attribution. We do not use your uploads or your generated images to promote GhostModel, and we do not use them to train models.

The people shown in generated images are not real. They are produced from written descriptions and do not depict any actual person.

Credits and payment

New accounts receive a small number of free credits. Further credits are sold in packs — currently 40 images for $49, excluding local tax. Credits do not expire.

Payment is processed by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record and appear on your statement. Refunds are described on our refunds page.

A credit is consumed per finished image, including when you re-render a scene you have already generated. Credits are not consumed when an upload is rejected by our garment check, and a credit is returned automatically if a render fails on our side.

What we do not promise

Image generation is probabilistic. We do not warrant that any particular image will be usable, that fine detail on a given fabric or print will be reproduced exactly, or that the service will be uninterrupted. Very fine, dense patterning is a known limitation. The free credits exist so you can evaluate this on your own product before paying.

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account and stored images by writing to skyvisioninfinite@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms; where we do so without cause, we will refund unused credits.
