This page describes what GhostModel stores about you, why, and for how long. It is deliberately specific rather than generic.
What we store
- Your Google account identifier and email address. Received when you sign in. The identifier is what your credit balance is attached to; the email is used to contact you about support and payment.
- Your credit balance and purchase history. Needed to run the service and to reconcile payments.
- The images you generate. Kept so you can re-download them from your account later.
- Generation records. Scene, timing, garment type and cost per render, so we can monitor quality and spend.
We do not store your session in a database — sign-in state is held in a signed cookie in your browser. We never receive or store your Google password, and we never see your card details.
Your uploads
The garment photograph you upload is sent to our image provider to produce your renders. We do not retain the original upload after the renders are produced, and we do not use your uploads or your results to train models or to advertise the service.
Who else is involved
- Google — sign-in.
- Vercel — hosting, image storage, and privacy- friendly traffic analytics that do not use advertising cookies.
- Dodo Payments — merchant of record. They handle payment and hold your billing details; we do not.
- Our AI providers — receive your garment photograph in order to generate the renders you asked for.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Generated images and account records are kept for as long as your account is open. Ask us to close it and we delete your stored images and account record; payment records are kept where we are required to retain them for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to skyvisioninfinite@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK, EU or another region with statutory data rights, those rights apply and this is how to exercise them.
